What do you use to make the images on the blog?
We will use a digital graphics kit. I cannot use every digital kit that is advailable but I will send you a bunch to choose from that have appropriate terms of use from the designer.
Is the cost of the kit included in the price?
No, as of October 2011 I have decided not to include the cost of the digital kits in my pricing. Rather then raise my prices, I thought it would be better to allow you to choose a kit that will fit in your budget.
What happens if I choose a package and need more items then are listed?
Please carefully read what is include in your package. Extra items will be charged as an individual add-on. However, if you'd like to switch out same priced item within your package, I'm totally fine with that.
You did my makeover and I need another sidebar label. I see that you have a minimum of five to order, does that apply to me?
No, if I have worked on your blog and therefore already own your kit, you can order extra items as you need them.
I want to switch out some pictures on my header you designed, do I have to pay for a new header?
No, if you need some simple changes to your header, or any other blog element, just email me and I will charge a small fee depending on the difficulty of the change.
What is considered a button verses a label?
Anything that is linked is considered a button.
How long does the process take?
It really depends on the size of the makeover, changes made by you, and the cooperation of my kids :) However, most makeover are completed in a couple of days.
What if I don't like the result?
Please tell me if you are in anyway unhappy with the design before installation. I will do everything I can to be sure you are in love with your blog.
What is the process like?
Once you give me an idea of the look you are going for, I will search digital graphic kits that we can use. Once we pick a kit, I will make all the individual elements and install them to a test blog. All of our tweaking is done there so you know exactly what you are getting. Once you LOVE the look, you then pay through paypal and I will install on your blog.
How do you process payments?
As of now, I only go through paypal for payments. Payment must be received before installation.
Can I make changes and updates to my blog after you are done or are we "locked in?"
Yes, you will still have full reign over your blog. If you need an image from you blog for any reason, just email me for a copy.
I see you have made a credit label, what's that?
That is a label for me to place my button under and a text link to the designer of the kit we used. You are not charged for this label and it will go at the very bottom of your sidebar. My button and linking to the designer of the kit is required on all blogs.
